HeForShe Campaign launched at UN

A speech by Emma Watson, who played Hermoine Granger in Harry Potter, at the UN headquarters last weekend, set the tone for how men should become a part of the conversation on feminism. She named the campaign HeForShe. She said, “how can we affect change in the world when only half of it is invited or feel welcome to participate in the conversation. Men, I would like to take this opportunity to extend your formal invitation.”

I agree!  Increasing gender balance  on corporate boards is now trending, but to move it along faster we must encourage more men to embrace the HeForShe approach in our campaign.  If you are a man who wants to join in the specific campaign to add more women to corporate boards, please comment and let me know!
