100 JumpStart Program Plan
Here is an overview of the plan for the 100 Days.
Depending upon the work you’ve done up to this point, the plan could move at a faster pace and timing for the consultation phone calls could be determined by your comfort level during each Phase. You should expect to spend at least 2 hours per week on your plan. Our goal is to complete this in 100 Days. If you believe this is an unreasonable timetable, lets discuss right away to come up with a plan in our first call.
Phase 1 – Complete within first 15 Days
The first order of business should be for you to watch the first three of the four webinars included in the program. Click on each title below to view the webinars which are 45-50 minutes each. View in the order below and read the two eBooks included in the program: Becoming a Public Company Director and Becoming a Public Company Director: Social Media Strategies. Both are authored by our webinar presenter, Tracy Houston, founder of eBoardMember. These are fairly short books.

Our goal is to complete this in 100 Days. If you believe this is an unreasonable timetable, lets discuss right away to come up with a different timetable. Of course, there are circumstances that can impact either my time or your time — health, major life changes, a major vacation, or forces outside our control. Should any of these happen, we’ll adjust as needed. However, I do want to make sure that you are committed to making time for this program in your schedule. All phone calls need at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.
Welcome to the program.
